1:PUZZLES
What are the puzzles made of? Birch wood. They are a quarter inch thick.
What are your prices? Prices can be found on our Buy page.
What is the difference between a photo puzzle and a wooden puzzle? All puzzles are wooden. The photo puzzles include your photo on top and the all wooden puzzles are just the natural wood. You can choose an all natural rectangle puzzle or shape puzzle.
What is a shape puzzle? Shape puzzles are cut as a shape (i.e. the shape of Texas, Australia, or an animal, etc.).
What are custom puzzle pieces?Each puzzle includes free special pieces. These are actual puzzle pieces in the shape of your name(s), initials, date, or sihouette. If more than one set is chosen, the additional pieces will count as a part of the total pieces the puzzle.
How big are the pieces? Each piece ranges from 2"-5" in size.
2:SHIPPING
How do I order? Please place your order using our Buy page. Types of puzzles are shown on the drop-down menu.
I need my order sooner. Can you accommodate me? Yes, if you need your order in less than 5-6 weeks we can rush your order. Rush prices are listed under "expedited services" on each product.
How long does it take? Current lead time is 4 weeks.
Where do I add custom pieces? In the "notes to buyer" field on your chosen product.
How do I upload my photo? Please email your image to info@iPuzzleU.com with your order number as the subject.
3:SHIPPING
When does my order ship? Orders currently ship 4 weeks from the date of order.
Shipping carrier? Domestic and international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Is tracking available? Yes, tracking is available and will be emailed to you upon shipment.
Do you use signature confirmation? Signature confirmation is only used for certain puzzles. For example, all apartments and/or suites will include signature confirmation for a secure delivery.
4:OTHER
We placed the wrong date for our pieces during checkout. Can we return/exchange the order? Unfortunately, no. This is why we highly recommend checking the spelling and date on your custom pieces. Due to the amount of work we cannot refund any puzzle for this reason.
How do we set up our Guest Book Puzzle at the venue? You have many options and don't be afraid to get creative. Many venues have an easel on-site for weddings. You can use this with a board behind your puzzle. You can also use a serving tray or large vases/bowls. You can do these either fully assembled or dissassembled, however we highly advise you to keep all of the pieces at one location.
We lost a piece. Can you replace it? Yes, we can. This is $50+ per piece depending on the type of puzzle. We are able to cut them very close, however it is impossible to be 100% identical on a handmade product. To do this, we will need the entire puzzle delivered partially assembled to avoid extra handling costs.
